With a degree in Law by the Portuguese Catholic University and a with a post-graduate degree in Labour Law at the Universidade Lusíada do Porto, he was also a PhD candidate in Labour Law at the University of Salford (United Kingdom) and in Labour law (academic adequacy) at the University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain).

He gathers more than 20 years of experience in business management, business development and internationalization of businesses.
